Before you do, there are a few things you should know. The material you submit may be seen by various people. We may enter membership information into an electronic database or share the information with our Board members and Committee members. You might receive a call or e-mail from these persons, especially if you have expressed an interest in a particular area. Information you submit regarding pro bono opportunities might also be shared with the public interest organizations, schools, and other organizations who have expressed interest in assistance or participation from our members.

For site management, information in all the categories described above may be collected for statistical purposes. The DHBA may use software programs or services to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. This information enables us to run site usage tools and create statistics about our site. These statistics help us to better understand how our site is being used and what we can do to make it more useful to visitors.
