DHBA Policy on Requests from Public Candidates to Speak at monthly meetings:
The DHBA invites candidates for public office to attend general membership meetings. Upon a request in advance, candidates may be allowed to speak to the members after the meeting is officially adjourned. The DHBA reserves the right to deny such a request in the event that there is insufficient time after the meeting to accommodate such a request.
