The Dallas Hispanic Bar Association ("DHBA") was founded originally as the Mexican-American Bar Association of Dallas. Its membership includes attorneys practicing in Dallas and the surrounding areas, judges, law students and non-lawyers who join as associate members. The DHBA's goal is to provide legal services to the Hispanic community, to enrich and ensure the success of its members in the legal profession in Dallas and to actively become involved in issues affecting the Hispanic community. The DHBA is an affiliate of the Mexican-American Bar Association of Texas and the Hispanic National Bar Association.

The DHBA welcomes all members of the legal profession to join the DHBA and encourages the active involvement of all of its members. Monthly meetings are open to all members. The location of the event will rotate on a regular basis and will be sponsored by one of DHBA's supporters. Please visit the DHBA Calendar for more information about DHBA monthly meetings and other opportunities to get involved in the DHBA.

Please mark your calendars for the Third Annual Lighting the Path to Legal Education event that will take place on September 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Belo Mansion.  Please click here to go to the Annual Event page.
