For 13 years, Dinner and Dialogue has provided a forum where Dallas' legal community can discuss a variety of issues related to diversity in the legal profession and beyond.

Increasingly the statements and public stances of individuals, private companies, and other non-governmental entities shape the opinions of a diverse public while influencing the law. Come learn how to stay true to one’s own personal values in the workplace, while being cognizant and respectful of the values and goals of your colleagues and clients.

Gain inspiration from others, like our discussion leaders Mey Ly-Ortiz and Aaron Tobin, who have faced similar situations and discuss “case studies” pulled from the headlines. Year after year, diversity is among the top issues raised by summer associates, entry level associates, and junior lateral associates. The issue is on the table at Dinner and Dialogue!
