I understand that, by joining the DHBA, my personal information provided to the DHBA will be used by the DHBA at its discretion. I also understand that DHBA members will have access to my personal information, and I authorize fellow DHBA members to use my personal information for any purpose that is consistent with the goals of the DHBA. I also understand that upon request, the DHBA may share my personal information with fellow bar associations if the DHBA determines in its sole discretion that the bar organization intends to use my information for legitimate purposes. For purposes of this policy, "personal information" means all of the information provided by me to the DHBA in a membership application.

You may opt out of the foregoing by checking one or more of the following:

A. Except as may be further limited below, I do not authorize the DHBA to disclose in any manner my personal information to third parties other than with the "sister bar organizations" described below.

B. I do not authorize the DHBA to share my personal information with any of the "sister bar organizations", including but not limited to: Hispanic National Bar Association, American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, JL Turner Legal Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
